Greetings Everyone! As of September 8th it has been three months since our Launch Party for StellaVersed Consulting Firm, LLC. This has proven to be a wonderful season to start a new adventure. We are excited to be moving the ball forward on key projects through team collaboration being led by our founding partners operating from both the East and West Coasts! We are also expanding the global reach of SVCF through international presentations, so you could say we are already a global company – with a smile!

First up, The Re-Introduction:
StellaVersed Consulting Firm, LLC is a minority-women owned business specializing in supporting and consulting with organizations on leadership education and training, information technology systems and processes; and healthcare administration and operations.
Janel Paulk, COO and Pamela McAfee, CEO, as co-founders of SVCF will create spaces for organizations to thrive in, by utilizing our own 50 plus years of career experiences matched with our breadth of resources and networks to achieve organizational goals and objectives with illuminating solutions and creative methodologies. We have highlighted a few of our proficiencies:

- Program and project evaluation and development;
- Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging mentoring, policy creation and implementation strategies;

- Leadership development and education for improved operational performance in organizations;
- Training and presenting onsite for topics of interest for your organization from our three business service lines.
We are creating specific solutions to the challenges of business that make business leaders scratch their heads. Our approaches have proven to be valuable answers to the leaders and effective solutions to the teams of the businesses we are working with.
Second up, What’s Been Happening:
- Pamela and Janel have been on the road and virtually providing presentations through conferences and association meetings. Our presentations address:
- Strategies that Women of Color use to support their achievements and advancements through a tri-combination of support systems and meaningful purpose
- Healthcare leadership and the need for diversity at the top in gender identity, race, ethnicity, cultural, biodiversity, educational diversity, etc… that mirror its workforce as well as going beyond what’s expected to achieve the best outcomes for the organization.
- App Development and Implementation and achieving the optimal function and growth needed for the organization to consider specialized App Creation as an asset.

- We have also provided a great deal of mentoring time for individuals on leadership, succession planning, diversity and equity strategies, and facility design accessibility.
