Program Management and Implementation

Starting new programs or re-flexing existing programs requires an organized process to achieve datelines, project objectives, and a 99% smooth start-up day. With the use of a variety of project and organizational tools, plans of actions can be created for your specific program to achieve timely implementation. At SVCF, program management and implementation can include and is not limited to pre-design brainstorming, team building assignment, team readiness, program designing, action and budget planning, strategy implementation, and 90-day start up actions and review.

Program Evaluation

A short-term process to assess an existing program’s current viability based on specified criteria coupled with the organization’s metrics and goal achievement. We can create a train-the-trainer program so Program Evaluation can be completed quarterly or bi-annually by your organization’s senior and team leaders.

Quality Improvement/Quality Indicator Creation and Review

This service is based on the organization’s accrediting or in accordance agency. As it is the agency’s criteria that some or all of the key performance indicators and/or quality indicators are generated. Whether it is national or internally-decided metrics the indicators need to be measured accurately and timely for it to be user-friendly data in which to make changes or stay the course.

Operational Budgeting

Revenue and Expenses This service is based on a specific program or programs within a larger system. Assisting to create understandable, manageable, and month-to-month decision-making that allows leaders to have a safe space to ask questions and generate budget solutions or determine what is impacting their budgets. We offer 1:1 support, and leadership team learning or we can help your organization create an emerging leaders’ budget learning support group.

Rehabilitation Administration and Programming

A specialty service for optimizing your inpatient and rehab unit services; and ambulatory outpatient services. In accordance with Medicare (CMS) guidelines and quality indicators, we will support you in creating alignments with all CMS requirements to ensure continued rehabilitation licensed services.

Survey Preparation and Compliance

National, State, Local, and Specialty All organizations in order to maintain optimal service provision have to or choose to have external compliance to the service accreditation process. Achieving these criteria creates an organization based on valuing performance improvement for the provider and the service. We offer an evaluation of how your organization is currently meeting those standards of practice; assist you in rating your services; and determine which standards will need more survey preparation. We can also assist your organization in preparing for its first survey processes on new programs and structures.

Facility Design

Renovation and New Design, Inpatient, Outpatient, Ambulatory Care Sites Utilizing a self-created Facility Design Tool (FDT), we can create reports on space utilization, equipment use or non-use, room to room flow, etc...that assists a facility with their decision to renovate, build new, or both. The FDT makes only recommendations for an organization’s leadership to consider as they move forward with growth strategies and/or redesigning existing services. The FDT can be used in collaboration with services provided in Program Management and Implementation, and Program Evaluation.

Leadership Education, Development & Training

Core Competencies for Leadership Learning

All organizations have competencies that are specific to the company’s services, products, processes and policies. In creating new internal leaders and/or hiring experienced leaders an organization will need core competencies to train to lead within the organization’s culture, services, and policies. Leadership Core Competencies for your organization can be created to assist you in training, educating, and verifying that your leaders are competent to lead according to the values of your organization. SVCF has a comprehensive list of leadership competencies to select from and can design specialty competencies in collaboration with the organization.

Emerging Leader Resource Group

This is a uniquely designed process by which to identify your informal leaders and begin their training to move within the organization. Assessing interest and ability levels for achieving and sustaining a leadership role, and creating an awareness of how being a great follower creates better leaders.

Succession Planning

This education creates an action plan for leaders to use in organizing and completing succession functions. Succession plans can include but are not limited to the path to advancement for sponsored or next in line leaders; transitioning of daily functions, integral introductions, key starting functions; and next steps for in place leader transitioning.

Specialty Leadership Learning Courses

These courses are specially created as a series of educational learning capsules that can be provided in a group setting or as an individual self-pace course. We can assist your organization in establishing continuing education credits for your organizational disciplines that require CEUs for sustaining specialty licenses and certifications. Mentorship, Sponsorship, and Allyship are three different training segments for leaders and team members:

Allyship - is for all team members and leaders who are interested in how to support and become an ally of any team member or colleague that is diversely different than themselves.

Mentorship - is for leaders that will make themselves available to help promote the following skill development with emerging or current leaders in providing guidance, creative thinking periods, shared experiences, understanding leadership processes and motivations, and other leadership challenges within a regular assignment.

Sponsorship - is training and education for director to c-suite roles regarding how to select a leader or team member without bias to prepare them for advancement. All +Ship Education and Training has onsite training, module work, course materials and final presentation in order to be given expert status.
